Registration

Registration is managed by the University of Valladolid General Foundation (FUNGE). Please follow this link to begin the registration process.

• The deadline for early registration (320 €) is May 31st, 2016.
• The deadline for late registration (400 €) is June 30th, 2016.

Important notice: In order to avoid fraud, our online payment system (as many others in the EU) requires the users to pay with credit cards that have the double-authentication system enabled. In this way, when using the card for an online payment, this method typically sends an authorization code to the mobile phone of the user, and the user should include this code when completing the transaction.

Venue

The workshop will be held at the “Palacio de Congresos Conde Ansúrez” in Valladolid. A welcome reception will be held on Wednesday 6th at the “Patio Herreriano” Contemporary Art Museum, and the Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday 7th at the “Parrilla de San Lorenzo” restaurant. The following map shows the train station, the different venues, and the recommended hotels. As can be seen, all venues are at walking distance. The yellow place is the Plaza Mayor, the city center.
