Submissions

We encourage submission on new and emerging topics and reports on work in progress. Papers may contain previously-published material, but should reflect the authors’ current interest. To enable a wide representation of research groups, a maximum of two papers per group will be accepted.

The submission site is open at the EasyChair CPC 2016 page.

Authors should submit a one-page PDF document consisting on a title and abstract for consideration. The important dates are the following:

  • Submission deadline: April 30th, 2016 Sunday, May 8th 2016 (anywhere on Earth).  It would be helpful if you could post a placeholder submission as soon as possible.
  • Acceptance decisions will be notified by May 20th, 2016.
  • Final contributions for the local proceedings (see below) must be submitted by June 20th, 2016 (firm).

Abstracts will be evaluated by the organisers with the aim of creating a relevant and balanced programme of talks.

Once accepted, the final contribution should be sent in PDF, in one of the following formats:

  • Springer LNCS template (single column, limited to 20 pages)
  • IEEE Tran template (double column, limited to 10 pages).
